Some of ya'll seem to be familiar with them -- does the new frequency contact a satellite, and relay information to the airforce's search and rescue sytem -- can't imagine they stuck a gps and a transmitter inside a watch, or is it just a locator becon for search craft?
I'm wondering if I could use one instead/in addition to a personal gps eprb.
