103 was manufactured 12/12/03
207 was manufactured 01/22/04 and 1 of 8 "Show" guns assembled for and displayed at Shot Show 2004. I would imagine it was born with Blue CF grips.
If anyone needs/wants any of these more than I do throw an offer and see if it sticks
