Drew,
Until you get your perfect custom holster, may I suggest that a lot of the ones made for more common .380s will work. I use different holsters depending on the pocket profile of my pants.
One of my favorites, as well as lightest and thinnest is a size 03 CQC made for Blackhawk in Italy of really really soft sued leather. I got it at Academy. It was made to be an inside-the-waistband for a Glock 26/27. I cut the stitching off of the belt clip and trimmed it down a little on top.
Desantis also makes a couple of very inexpensive pocket holsters as well. Although not leather, they work and are easy to find.
I wouldn't want to put my Rohrbaugh in kydex either.
I think a handgun should either be in the hand, or in a holster. And it freaks some people out when you walk around with it in your hand. :-\
Good luck in your holster search, and let us all know what you find that you like.

I have a uncle mike's pocket holster that I'll use to start but considering the following:
1) Hedley
2) Meco
3) Recluse
4) Andrew's Gun Leather
Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hello,
I just ordered two from Meco (Robert Locke). I got the clip style IWB and his pocket model.
Let me just say they are some of the highest quality leather holsters I have ever owned. And, I've owned all the big guys, Galco, Alessi, Milt Sparks, Mitch Rosen, etc.
Robert does fantastic work and I was amazed how fast he completed my order - about 10 days was all.
I can't recommend Meco enough.

Robert and Lisa Hedley are both terrific; I can't speak for the other two because of no experience.

I ended up buying the recluse. Tod has a great return policy so if I don't like it I can return in unlike the other makers. Will give it a try and let everyone know what I think. THANKS!
