Title: Is there a price difference between the Tribute and the Standard?

If there is a price difference does anyone know what it is?

There is a difference in price. I am sorry I do not know exactly what it is, but I remember thinking that it was less than I had expected it to be and would very much be worth the extra $ to get a silver frame and Blue VZ CF grips.

My vote is to get the tribute - I don't think you would ever regret it.

I found where I had seen the price:

"2005 Handgun of the Year Tribute Edition - Silver R-9 with bead blasted finish.  New "blue carbon fiber" grips from VZ grips.  Very nice grips.  Nicer, frankly, than the originals.  $1,395"

Very much worth an extra ~$200 especially when you consider black VZ CF grips are $90 plus shipping.

but it won't come with the rohrbaugh crest on the grips like you see in the photo above...
