I bought them from the same place. I got a call from them the morning after I placed the order. They actually test every set before they ship them (not samples of a lot, but apparently every single one), and they said they had a bad bunch in the color I had ordered. I was asked if I would accept a set of a different color that had been tested as good. I was quite impressed with the level of customer service.

The batteries are a bitch to get out.........use a small probe......YMMV.....the gel pads are great.... ;)
