Hello all - new member here. I recently purchased a used R-9s from the estate of a deceased LEO who used this gun as his CCW. I am curious as to the date of manufacture if that is something one can discover. The serial number is R2555 - obviously a Deer Park produced gun. It's in wonderful condition and shoots like a dream. I'm not certain if it will edge out my Kimber Ultra as my CCW, but it is sweet. Thanks for any help.

prairiefire,
(http://i413.photobucket.com/albums/pp216/yankee2500/welcome1.gif) to the group. As kj said give Maria a call if she can't tell you no one can. :o
If you received some new recoil springs with the gun you may want to install one, not knowing when it was changed last. If you didn't get any you can order some from Maria when you call.
