Title: Defensetech.org's "Pic of the Day"

This was the "Pic of the Day" from Libya this morning over on defensetech.org:

Questions:

1. What is that man smoking in his hookah?

2. If that's not water in that blue container, what are the chances the man is smoking next to the spare gasoline for that truck in the background?

3. What, if anything, is the man firing that truck mounted anti-aircraft gun trying to hit, since only NATO-approved traffic was supposed to be flying?

4. "Who's on first?" . . . .  ::)
