I've got to watch this "Classified" section more closely.  First I was slow in seeing the offer of the extra blue grips, and now I appear to be late in noticing the potential stock offer.   :-/

I have not done a "prospectus" on whether or not there are even any shares "out there"

Apologies for the late replies. I am definitely not a joker but lucky enough to be one of the early seed investors when the company was created by Karl and Eric. However, if I do choose to sell my share I must grant first right to sell to Rohrbaugh.

I have the certificate which I will be happy to provide if I decide to sell.

This is legit -- per Karl.  This is a 1/2 share of a total of 200.  There may be a full share becoming available too.

You now know all that I know.  I hope someone here can acquire it.
