Title: SEECAMP .25
Post by: kjtrains on July 31, 2010, 08:46:34 AM
Picked up the Seecamp .25 from Corey yesterday morning.  This is one fine little jewel.  Got to see Corey's personal carry chromed R9 done by Cogan.  Man!  That is one sweet R9.  The drool squad was working overtime!    :D

And Corey.  Great seeing you again!

Nice to see you again too KJ.  That Cogan R9 is a favorite carry gun of mine.

Corey, could you please post some pics of the chrome R9 again on this thread so we can see it some more.

Thanks

Reinz.  That's a good idea.  Didn't bring the camera to Ga, so will do it when we get back to NC.

Eight R9s -- seven in a circle around that masterpiece . . . . It all somehow brings to mind the legend of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table.   8)

And the photography "ain't too shabby" either!

I'm not easily impressed, but I'm impressed.   :o

I don't post often but I must say that the R9 pictured is just awesome! Makes me feel happy to be part of this unique group!
And also reminds me of all the cool things that my R9 can aspire to.

It appears the blue ribbon pup on center stage was quite rare before the face lift.

I could be misreading the s/n, however.

Thanks Richard and others!  Here is a little different view of those 8 together before I took the blues back to my buddies vault yesterday.

Picked up a new old stock 2nd mag for the Seecamp .25 today from GunBroker.  Now that's luck.  Wish I had the same luck in finding early, early R9's with blue CF's, and no R prefix..  I'm striking out there, for sure.

No wonder where ALL  the carbon fibers (especially blue) went!  ;D

Richard.  I know.  Ghee whiz!  Most folks just want to hang on to them for some odd reason; however, Corey and CCW are living examples of finding ones that do want to part with 'em.

I get inspired everytime I see Corey's, yours, and now CCW's.  They're nice to see.  One will come along one day just like the Seecamp .380's and .25 did; just a matter of time.   ;)
