Rohrbaugh R9.  About two hundred rounds through it and I recently replaced the recoil spring.
Comes with: spare recoil spring, nemesis pocket holster, spare magazine, pistol rug.
That’s grip tape on the frontstrap and there are some marks on the triggerguard and dustcover from carry.  Nice pistol with a potent seven rounds of Nine.  I bought it used earlier this year and I just never warmed up to it so I’m going back to my J-frame.
