Matt has two R9 LP style holster listed on his Available Now site.
These are an OWB model.

LP - Price: $215.00.  Right hand, dark brown with black Shark collar, 10 degree muzzle rear rake, top of slide index pad, 1.25 inch loops for Rohrbaugh R9S. Photos available
