Title: Looking for R9S stealth
Post by: Barryold on March 07, 2011, 01:26:08 AM
After a lot of research, I'm with you! I have decided an R9S Stealth will make the right carry gun, so I am looking for something I can afford, and have come here for help. It seems I always miss a good deal by a day or two. I also have seen that some of the gun selling sites don't guard one's personal info from third parties. Anybody else come up with this disturbing news? Anyway, I am ready to buy when the right deal is available. Any help or tips are appreciated!

Thanks for the quick reply!

I thought I had read somewhere online that guns america does not protect members personal info.

Hope I misunderstood, but I will have to look at that issue carefully before I jump in.

Once again, I thank you for your help and am looking forward to becoming an owner, not just a wannabe!

Hello again!

I was able to aquire the R9S Stealth I was looking for from
epkptp.

Got it late today, and then went right to dinner with my wife, so have not had any time to play with it yet.

The condition is as close to new in appearance as it gets, and the real testing will be early next week.

The transaction was also flawless and anyone who finds themselves dealing with this gentleman will be as pleased as I am, without a doubt.

I appreciate the welcome and the help you have extended to me and I hope to make contributions to other members as my experience with the R9 increases.

Congratulations on the Stealth.

I cannot wait for your first range report.

After my first range session, I was hooked. I now own four PUPS! ;D
They seem to multiply like rabits around my house.

Thanks , Guys!

I really appreciate the support, and will certainly post my first impressions.

One of the reasons the R9 became my choice for CCW was an attempt to fire a rented Kimber Solo last month.

Two rounds, stovepipe; two rounds, stovepipe.

You can see where this is going.

Even some limp wristing should not have made it so unreliable in my humble opinion.

I have had a Kimber Classic Custom Target for years that never skipped a beat, so I hoped for a better performance from the little Solo.

An established product became a huge priority after such a display.

I went to a local gun show last weekend hoping to find an R9 and was surprised to find that half the "gun dealers" I talked to never even heard of Rohrbaugh!!!

If a guy sells Fords he has probably at least heard of Rolls-Royce!

Anyway, I'm good to go now, so my thanks once again.
